Beefy Burger Casserole That’ll Make Everyone Want More And More
If you like burgers and you LOVE cheese, this super easy and delicious casserole is going to need to be made one night this week. Surprise your loved ones and have this ready and to go when they all come back from work.
Like I said on the other page, this casserole is going to make anyones night. I personally always make a big batch by either doubling or tripling the recipe. I then freeze what doesn’t get eaten and use it when I have no time or busy at work! This dish freezes well.

Ingredients:
# 1lb. hamburger (I actually will make more than 1 pound, because my husband likes it with extra hamburger!)
# ¼ onion, chopped
# 1 can buttermilk biscuits
#1 can tomato sauce
# 1 can sliced mushrooms
# 1 can diced tomatoes
# half a cup of diced black olives
# As much shredded cheese as you desire! The more the merrier!
How To Cook the dish:
# In large skillet wok or large frying pan, cook the hamburger and onions until the hamburger is no longer pink. Set aside.
# In a baking dish, press the biscuits into bottom of dish, forming the bottom crust.
# Spread tomato sauce over biscuits.
# Spread the hamburger, mushrooms, black olives and tomatoes over tomato sauce then sprinkle with cheese. (as much as you desire)
# Bake at temperature shown on biscuit can. Bake for 5-10 minutes longer than biscuit can says, or until biscuits are cooked through. (be careful not to burn bottom of biscuits!)
#Serve and ENJOY!
